Dåliga tider?

Mångas humör dämpas under hösten, liksom vädret och mörkret. Men under jul och nyår, ledigheter och firande levs vissa upp. Januari, februari och in i mars brukar folk kämpa med bla ekonomin. Mörkret hänger på axlarna och vi längtar efter våren, sommaren och ljus.

I år ser jag dock många som kämpar med dåligt mående nu i april månad. Vad beror det på??
Var det dyrare i vinter? eller har det varit kallare mörkare?? nä inte kallare, men mörkare. Har avsaknaden av ljus med detta att göra?? Jag menar vi har ju inte haft mycket snö och det som kom , kom ju sent!

Så många runt om mår dåligt och jag kan inte göra mer än vad jag gör. Det gör ont i mig.
Jag vet hur det är att vara deppad, ångest, panikångest och hela baletten. Jag har varit där. Är fortfarande kvar med en fot eller två.. men har lärt mig hantera saker på ett annat sätt.

Jag hoppas att april månad går över fort och att solen kommer å värmer oss, lättar våra hjärtan.
Jag önskar att de som mår dåligt tar sig igenom och kämpar sig vidare..........

I dag när jag väntade på bussen upptäckte jag något hos mig själv.. Jag började le när det började regna. Varför? Jag vet inte!

Men vill man se regnbågen måste man stå ut med regnet! :)
